Return & Refund
Yes, we accept returns if the product has a failure or problem that is present at the moment of arrival. We accept the return within 30 days of receipt, please make sure the returned item must be in its original shape/packing and in working order.
All the products come with a full one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, or other external causes.
If the products defect within 30 days, we will also be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
